1. In a project that uses Project Tracker, click Project Tracker in the left navigation pane.
2. Navigate to an artifact where you want to set dependencies or any other relationships.
3. Scroll down to the section Related Artifacts of the page. You will see the following subsections:
   • Parent
   • Children
   • Artifacts blocking XX
   • Artifacts blocked by XX
   • Duplicates
   • Otherwise related
4. Enter the ID of the artifact instance that you want to associate with this artifact. OR
5. Click the "Enter new artifact" link to create a new artifact and establish a relationship. OR
6. Click the Go button to run the query associated to that relationship and select an artifact from the query results.
7. Click Save Changes.

To view dependencies for an artifact:

1. In a project that uses Project Tracker, click Project Tracker in the left navigation pane.
2. Navigate to an artifact whose relationships you want to see.
3. Scroll down to the section Related Artifacts of the page.
