Designating moderators

A project owner can designate any registered user as a moderator of a discussion.

Moderators are registered users who can review and approve messages sent for posting to moderated discussions.

To designate a registered user as a moderator, follow these steps:

  1. On the project home page, click Discussions in the left navigation pane.
  2. On the Discussions: Discussions page, click the discussion to which you want to assign moderators.
  3. On the Discussion: <discussion name> page, click the Moderators tab.
  4. In the User Names(s) field, enter the user names of the people you want to add as moderators.

    Note: To select the names from a list, click Browse Users.

  5. Click Add to confirm these users as moderators.
