Approving messages

In a moderated discussion, you must authorize the posting of messages to the discussion, if you are the moderator for that discussion.

To approve a message, follow these steps:

  1. On the Messages awaiting moderation page, select one or more messages awaiting approval.
  2. Click Approve Selected to accept the messages you selected.

Note: After you approve a message, the system notifies all subscribers that the message has been posted.
